46115 Scots Guardsman, LMS Royal Scot Class
A preserved LMS Royal Scot Class 4-6-0 express passenger locomotive, built by the North British Locomotive Company in Glasgow in 1927 as one of the original production batch. Withdrawn from British Railways service in 1965. One of only two surviving Royal Scot class locomotives.
46115 Scots Guardsman is main-line certified and based at West Coast Railways, Carnforth, hauling regular charter excursions on the national network.
Last recorded as based at West Coast Railways, Carnforth, owned by West Coast Railways (David Smith). Operating status: Main-line certified. Current livery: BR Brunswick green.
