78022, BR Standard Class 2MT (Keighley & Worth Valley Railway)
A preserved BR Standard Class 2MT 2-6-0 light mixed-traffic locomotive, built at Darlington Works in 1954. Rescued from Woodham Brothers's scrapyard at Barry, South Wales and restored to working order at the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway.
Last recorded as based at the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. Operating status: Heritage railway service / cycles.

Notable history
78022 was completed at Darlington Works in 1954 as part of the BR Standard Class 2MT light mixed-traffic 2-6-0 production. Withdrawn from BR in 1966, the engine was acquired for preservation in 1975 and restored to working order at the KWVR.
