96 Normandy, LSWR B4 0-4-0T

A preserved LSWR B4 Class 0-4-0T dock shunting tank, built at Brighton Works in 1891 to William Adams's design for Southampton Docks shunting. One of two preserved B4 class locomotives alongside classmate 30102 Granville.

96 Normandy, named after the Normandy region of France reflecting the cross-Channel trade through Southampton Docks, is based at the Bluebell Railway where it operates on the heritage line.

Last recorded as based at the Bluebell Railway, owned by the Bluebell Railway. Operating status: Heritage railway service / cycles. Current livery: Southampton Docks olive green.
