The Ffestiniog Railway Penrhyn locomotives — Linda (No. 7) and Blanche (No. 8) — are two Hunslet 2-4-0ST narrow-gauge saddle-tank locomotives originally built for the Penrhyn Quarry Railway in Bethesda, North Wales, the 1 ft 10¾ in gauge slate quarry railway that served the Penrhyn slate quarries, and subsequently acquired by the Ffestiniog Railway where they have become well-loved members of the FR's active fleet. The Penrhyn Quarry Railway was one of the most significant industrial narrow-gauge railways in Wales, and its locomotives give a direct connection between the Welsh slate industry's railway heritage and the Ffestiniog Railway's public preservation operation.

Both Linda and Blanche were built by the Hunslet Engine Company of Leeds, the most prolific builder of Welsh quarry narrow-gauge locomotives, and they represent the industrial working locomotive tradition of the North Wales slate quarries alongside the FR's more celebrated original George England and Double Fairlie locomotives. Their preservation on the FR gives the railway a link to the broader Welsh slate railway heritage of which the Ffestiniog was a part, though operating on a slightly different gauge from the Penrhyn's own.
