Record note: this entry previously described the locomotive as a 2005 new build. That is incorrect — No. 11 Black Prince was built by Krupp of Essen in 1937 as Fleißiges Lieschen for a Düsseldorf trade fair and came to the railway in 1976. It is an original locomotive, not a replica, and carries no new-build note. Corrected in August 2026.
