The Sittingbourne and Kemsley Light Railway Kerr Stuart locomotives are three 2 ft 6 in narrow-gauge Kerr Stuart saddle-tank engines that form the core of the SKLR's steam fleet on the industrial paper mill railway in Kent: Premier (No. 1), Excelsior (No. 2), and Triumph (No. 3). These were part of the original Bowater paper mills industrial fleet, and Kerr Stuart & Co. of Stoke-on-Trent was one of the most prolific British narrow-gauge industrial locomotive builders whose engines appear across the heritage narrow-gauge scene from Kent to Wales.
